Justin & Luke was formed with a mission to educate doctors on how to run a medical practice like a business.

Our desire to focus on the healthcare industry started when we established HIP Creative, our marketing agency. We found that providing medical practices with a workable framework to attract more patients and grow their practice was something that we were passionate about, and we were good at it! Through our years of experience, we’ve recognized that our efforts are well placed and most valuable to doctors.

Now, we want to push the boundaries and expand by providing training, consulting, and resources on how your medical practice can be optimized by recognizing that it needs to be managed like a business.

How We Found Our Niche

In 2015, we landed our first healthcare client, Dr. Erik Nilssen, and hit it off immediately. It’s been a great relationship to this day. He understood business and knew what he wanted. We worked with him to expand his reach and draw in new patients. After seeing amazing results, Dr. Nilssen began to refer us to his fellow practitioners; not long after, we had a handful of surgeons as new clients. Around this time, we started to realize it would be impossible to scale in healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and other verticals simultaneously. We needed to “pick our horse and ride it”. We loved the results we were getting from the healthcare sector and the doctors loved what we were doing for their practices. It was a perfect marriage. We wanted to become the experts and focus in on one industry. So we did!

Current Success

Today, we work with over 25 medical offices across the country. At our healthcare marketing agency, HIP Creative, our goal is to make doctors and their practices stand out among all the noise. Most potential patients are going to the internet for their searches and we want our doctors to show up as the answer to all of their questions.
